Adult Boxing Group Classes $99.00 a Month (unlimited)
Workout the boxer’s way, without getting hit. This full body boot camp mixes intense cardio, light weights, and strength training with boxing techniques. Using basic equipment, such as jump ropes, medicine balls, pull up bars and your body’s own natural resistance, you can get the physique of a boxer. Proper form using boxing mitts, speed bags, and heavy bags will have you throwing combination punches in no time. Workouts are always varied and changing to keep you engaged. Emphasis is placed on challenging your body and shocking the muscles, while working at your own pace. Adult group boxing classes are offered by Bill Ryder.
Kid’s Boxing Group Classes $99.00 a Month (unlimited)
Kids can benefit from the discipline and focus of boxing, too. An age-appropriate version of the adult class, kids will gain confidence as they are challenged, gain strength and improve their stamina. Great emphasis is placed on learning the proper techniques. Kid’s Group boxing classes offered by Bill Ryder and Brandon Rivera.
Kid’s Boxing Private Classes $50.00 per Session
Our private sessions provide young members (6 to 14) with our undevided attention. This one-on-one session focuses on improving boxing form, fitness level and selfdefence ability’s. Private boxing classes are offered by Dylan Gundersen.
Cardio Kickboxing
Kick up your energy, strength and stamina with a workout based upon core martial arts techniques. Cardio Kickboxing combines boxing, martial arts, kicking, aerobics, stretching and body conditioning into one intensive cardiovascular workout. Resistance training and bag work round out the class. The result is a cardio conditioning class that will improve your flexibility, strength, and coordination. This one-hour class will get you in peak shape in no time and burns 750 to 1,000 calories. Group Cardio kickboxing classes are offered by Laura Boccia and Jimmy.
Power Sculpt Class (Included in your $99.00 monthly membership)
A natural complement to the Boxing Class, Power Sculpt is appropriate for men, women, and teens looking to improve their strength, flexibility, energy and endurance. Using a combination of plyometrics, interval training and strength training, this class burns 800 to 1,000 calories; raises the heart rate; works the upper and lower body; tightens the abs and glutes; and stretches the entire body. Free weights, medicine balls and mat work are incorporated and mixed into the workout to keep it fresh, varied, and challenging. Beginners through advanced are welcomed, as you will work at your own pace. Power Scuplt Classes are offered by Laura Boccia.
