The physical conditioning of a fighter is unparalleled.  Done properly, boxing relies on core strength, coordination, agility and stamina.  Our mission at NSFC is to bring a microcosm of a boxer’s training routine to anyone looking to get into top shape.  It requires hard work, discipline, and knowing how to work with your body’s own limitations and at your own pace.  Whether you are already fit, or are just starting out, the NSFC workout will challenge you to push harder and dig deeper.  If you put in the work, you will see results; it’s that simple.
