Dylan Gunderson on his way to Golden Gloves

On January 7,2012 Dylan Gunderson entered into a four round heavy weight boxing competition.  The location: Deer Park Community Center in Deer Park, NY.  The place was packed with family and friends all supporting there own fighters.  Dylan Gunderson possessed the largest following taking up a quarter of the gym seats. North Shore Fight Club came out in big numbers, with over 20 members attending the event. Dylan GundersonThe facility went nuts as Dylan walked toward the ring dressed in red, white and blue colors.  From the start of the bell Dylan showed his superior boxing skills forcing his adversary to miss with wild punches.  Time after time Dylan connected with straight lefts and right hooks to his opponents head and body.  The second round proved to be even more exciting then first due to a left hook throwen by Dylan causing his opponent to fall into the ropes and onto the canvas floor.  After the referee administered a eight count,  Dylan went right after him again forcing the referee to perform two more eight counts.  On the second eight count the referee decided to end the fight rewarding Dylan with a second round TKO victory.  Edwin, Tom, Bill and Tony (owners of North Shore Fight Club) went wild in celebration.  Thanks to Scott Baker and his training regiment, Dylan was well prepared for this fight.  Dylan's record is now 5 and 0. None of the old-time gyms heard of NSFC. However, before the night was over they wanted to know everything about us...next stop the Golden Gloves.
